FAQ

What is your processing/shipping time? Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped USPS ground economy shipping. How long shipping takes depends on where you live but it should arrive in 5-10 business days from the shipment date. We are located in Northern Utah so orders on the East coast will take up to the 7-10 day window. Faster shipping options are available at checkout at the customers expense.

What is your return policy? We think you will love this Christian Gratitude journal but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please send us an email with the reason stating why you are wanting a return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Once we receive the return and see that it is unused or not damaged we will process your refund. 

How are your Christian gratitude journals made? We print through an online printing company called Mixam. They are based out of Chicago. The journals are hard back and have a nice soft feel to them. The pages are high quality thick white paper. All of the design work and the watercolor paintings are done by co-owner Chad Andrews.
