What is Grateful Glimmer? Grateful Glimmer is a faith-based brand offering Christian artwork and gratitude journals designed to help you grow closer to God, cultivate joy, and stay grounded in gratitude daily.

Who creates your products? We are a husband and wife team. Shelly wanted to uplift others who are going through hard trials in life. She saw potential in Chad's artistic talents. So Chad brought her idea to life by designing everything in the journal and painting all of the artwork included in the journal and featured on the website. 

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please send us an email with the reason stating why you are wanting a return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Once we receive the return and see that it is unused or not damaged we will process your refund. 

What if something arrives damaged?
If your order arrives less than perfect, please reach out within 48 hours. We will make it right.

What is your processing/shipping time? Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped USPS ground economy shipping. How long shipping takes depends on where you live but it should arrive in 5-10 business days from the shipment date. We are located in Northern Utah so orders on the East coast will take up to the 7-10 day window. Faster shipping options are available at checkout at the customers expense. If you are ordering an art print larger than 11x14 then processing time may take a little longer because we send them to a local print shop. 

How are your journals made? We print through an online printing company called Mixam. They are based out of Chicago, the journals are hard back and have a nice soft feel to them. The pages are high quality thick white paper. All of the design work and the watercolor paintings are done by co-owner Chad Andrews. 

What materials are used for your art prints? We print sizes up to 11x14 at our home. We use high quality textured art paper to print the artwork on. They look very similar to the originals. Sizes larger than 11x14 are sent to a local print shop, Square One Printing and are also printed on textured art paper. 

Can I order a larger size of art print? Yes! Fill out a contact form that says which painting and how big you want it. We will work with a local printer to get you the size you want. This may add processing time due to having to work with another business. 

Are frames included?
Prints arrive unframed so you can style them in a way that feels personal to your home.

Will the colors match what I see online?
We aim for accuracy, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen.

Is this a good gift?
Yes! This makes a meaningful Christian gift for home decor, encouragement, or special occasions.

What can I expect from the gratitude journal?
A simple, guided experience designed to anchor your day in gratitude and faith. Each page offers space to reflect, pray, and notice God’s goodness—without overwhelm.

How much time does the Christian gratitude journal require?
Just a few quiet minutes. The journal was created to fit beautifully into even the busiest seasons of life.

Yes. Whether you’re new to journaling or returning to it, the structure is intentionally simple and welcoming.
